What is a Productivity Map?

It's a list of applications considered productive to a group of employees. The WorkMeter administrator creates Maps based on employee or group profiles.

How do we install WorkMeter?

We recommend the following steps:

1. Install: First, install the application on employee equipment. A few minutes after installation, the administrator will start to see tasks being measured from real activity.

2. Create a Productivity Map: the administrator can create a Map for individual profile, groups or for the entire company, depending upon the activity to be logged.

3. Measure: once you've created a Map, measure the productivity of your groups for at least a week.

4. Announce: employees should be informed that the company is using WorkMeter to measure activity and productivity. This will bring an immediate improvement to overall productivity. Productivity Maps, patterns of activity and productivity should be a continuously monitored and improved.

5. Feedback: employees can view their own activity and can self-manage to inprove efficiency and activity levels. They begin to take charge of their own productivity, and can check to see where they stand with other team members.
