WorkMeter was born in early 2008
It’s Founders believe that the Humans, while difficult to understand and manage, are the most
important Asset to an Organization. For all of the time and money spent hiring, training, and
cultivating employees, performance metrics are usually binary based upon outcome.
The Company believed there must be a better way.
The Company began a journey to understand employee activity and how that relates to performance.
In early 2009, Workmeter released its Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. Clients quickly
came to believe that it was possible to now get a picture of employee activity.
WorkMeter has become a standard business tool for organizations and their employees.
This is just the beginning of how WorkMeter will change Organizations Manage there Businesses.
